With an enhancement on the employee communication, a web base with PDA version employee information application is designed with the capability for the staff to update their new information.  The information is extract from ldap system automatically and the system are serving as a plugin to HKIS existing infrastructure by which the system management effort to HKIS IT staff is minimized .
