After school activities and summer course are hot for parent with lot of application and student information management. The system development cycle start on consultation with the Summer Course stream on capturing their requirement according to their existing workflow. 

Combining with the IT technology on information handling, the system are designed with additional features on smoothness and assisted on the human workflow such as Dashboard, email communication, real time reporting, payment summary. The system is successfully launch at the Summer period and is extended the usage to the sport course handling.  The system infrastructure is designed to allow plugin of different type of course so that the community office of HKIS can migrate its individual course system gradually without a dramatic change on existing business operation. A newsletter system was also plugin to the system.
