Munsang College, with school type on Government aided Secondary section and Private non-profit making Primary & Kindergarten sections. Teachers are able to use IT to maximize the effectiveness of students’ learning. All teachers get a laptop for convenience on searching information and teaching purpose. There are also over 20 laptops available for lending to students as well. There are totally 250 Desktop located in their Library, Computer training centers, Multi-media centers and classrooms.

Managing the IT Asset is a time consuming task for their IT staffs. IT resource reallocation happens often. With the help by our PAMS – PERFORMER Asset Management System, tasks on managing their asset inventory, assigning the software license to the desktop PCs, even though they have moved to different locations can also be recorded. PAMS provides also the stock take function which can help on identifying the stock lost easily. All hardware can be identified by a barcode system and being recorded into PAMS through a simple scanning and data input process.
